The 7sage LG videos on youtube are great, but they don't have the actual questions, so how are we supposed to fully learn without even knowing the question?

Well, you need to have the games in your possession. JY cannot legally post the actual questions on YouTube for free because of copyright issues.
So, although the actual questions aren't written out exactly, you should really be only reviewing these videos once you have done the game. Print the games out, do them, and then review them on the youtube videos. You can also go here: https://classic.7sage.com/logic-game-explanations/
