Can I withdraw my already submited applications if Im not happy with Dec LSAT score?
If I do, would that mean Id have to check the applied before box if i apply the following cycle?

I think if you withdraw before you've been considered, meaning no decision received, then I don't think you've really applied and therefore would not have to check the box. That said, you certainly won't get any application cost refunds, so it might be worth letting it ride. Another option is to narrow your targeted schools to fit your score.
Regardless, you should make that decision as quickly as you can once you receive your score. Hope it turns out like you want!
