You can see a cheatsheet for video keyboard shortcuts by putting your mouse over the question icon at the top of the speed selector in the video player. You may need to do a force refresh to see the changes.

Oh, I didn't realize you were looking for the lazy person's guide to 7Sage. Sorry we haven't written that yet. I'm sure @2543.hopkins could put something together for you, she's very tech-savvy. Personally I like to get my arms more exercise so I prefer moving the mouse.

Yes they are built in. Hover over the video and the left side should show a bunch of speeds from .8x (I think) to 3.0x.
