I applied and was accepted for a 150% time accommodation for the August LSAT. It took my doctor until LSAC’s deadline (June 29) to send me a letter. I got my official letter from LSAC on July 17, but when I scheduled my exam through Prometric (July 10) I was able to schedule for 150% time. So it was a pretty quick turnaround!

I applied for it 6/18 for October test, haven't heard anything back, so I think it may not have been approved.
Update: I got the approval letter last week.
