oh ok, thank you so much Cherry! This won't stop me from getting other emails from 7sage, right? Because I still welcome those with open arms!

Hi there,
You have the option to not receive notifications via email when people comment on discussions threads that you participated in.
Here are the steps to do this:
Go to your forum profile
Click "Edit Profile"
Select "Notification Preferences"
Uncheck the email notification for "Notify me when people comment on discussions I've participated in."
