An argument is anything made up of premises and a conclusion; the premises support the conclusion and together the form a whole argument.
Reasoning describes the process by which a speaker arrives at his or her conclusion in an argument. How do the premises add up to support the conclusion? This is the reasoning of the argument.
Logical as in logically follows refers to a valid inference that can be made. It is a statement that must be true according to the premises.
